Fat Dough Bakery opened in September 2024 and quickly became Mesquite's leading artisan bakery. Our professionally trained bakers with over 30 years of experience craft everything from scratch — no preservatives, no shortcuts.

From our famous croissants to hearty homemade soups, every item is made fresh daily. We even grind our own almonds for almond flour and crack every egg by hand.
